We are  “Your one stop shop” wedding/
event planners.
GOLDEN PACKAGE
Golden package includes:
initial consultation
composing and preparing a budget
reserving the location of the
ceremony/reception, and rehearsal
dinner
selecting and interacting with the
caterers, photographers,
videographers, floral designers,
decorators, DJ/ entertainers, cake
specialist& transportation
Assistance with selecting
invitations, wedding programs
&mailing of invitations
Assistance with “ to-do list”, make-
up artist& wedding party gifts
Travel agent referral for honeymoon
arrangements
Assistance with hotel and airline
reservation for any out of town
guest
Send local news paper wedding
announcements and photographs
Coordinating for the wedding,
rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Complete close out with vendors
and assistance with getting gifts to
destination.
BRONZE PACKAGE
Bronze package includes:
Initial consultation
Compose and prepare budget
Compose list of potential vendors to
be used
Coordination of wedding rehearsal,
ceremony, and reception
SILVER PACKAGE
Silver package includes:
Initial consultation
Prepare and compose budget
Coordination of wedding rehearsal,
ceremony, and reception
"THE DAY OF" PACKAGE
Coordination of wedding rehearsal,
ceremony and reception.
A LA CARTE
Our "A La Carte" rate is $300 per service
requested.  This does not include the
Coordinating of the wedding rehearsal,
ceremony and reception.
If you decide to use G & C Main Events
to plan your event there will be a $100.00
non refundable deposit required.  

In addition there will be a $300.00
booking fee assessed and will go towards
your cost for our service package you
choose.
